HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ECO MERCH SHOPIFY APP

As of 1st February 2025 all Shopify Apps require new GraphQL product APIs. You don't need to know what that means but you will need to follow the quick steps below to update your Eco Merch Shopify App.

Before we get started, it's important to know that no existing links will be affected by the update.

Step 1

Navigate to https://­ecomerch.­com/­shopify

He you will see the following prompt which tells you of the need to upgrade the App:

Click to update.

Step 2

Once you have logged into your Shopify account you will see the following screen:

Click 'Update'.

Step 3

You will be taken back to your Shopify Account page at www.­ecomerch.­com where you will need to click to link your existing Eco Merch account to your Shopify store:

Click 'Link account'

You will then see you welcome screen and the process is complete.

Feel free to check you linked products to see that they are still 100% linked (if they were before).
