Below £1,000: standard agreed pricing applies, with no scheme discount, unless an existing earned tier is protected by the one-month buffer. Only your highest qualifying tier applies; tier discounts are not added together.
How it works
Build your monthly spend
Your qualifying product and decoration charges count towards your total for the calendar month.
Unlock your tier
Reach £1,000, £2,500 or £5,000 in eligible spend, including VAT, to earn the corresponding benefit.
Enjoy your discount
Your earned tier applies to qualifying orders accepted in the following calendar month.
A quieter month? Keep your tier for one more month.
If your eligible spend falls below the requirement for your earned tier, we will maintain that tier for one additional calendar month. This buffer gives you time to bring your spend back up, while keeping your existing discount and any decoration benefit.
Meet the protected tier’s threshold during the buffer month and you keep that tier for the following month, or move up if you earn a higher tier. If you do not, your next month’s tier is based on your actual spend during the buffer month. Below £1,000 means no scheme discount once the buffer ends.
The buffer lasts one calendar month only. It cannot run for consecutive months without requalifying for a discount tier through actual eligible spend.
Keep track of your spend
You are responsible for monitoring your eligible spend. Eco Merch is not responsible for telling you if it falls below your tier’s required amount. We are not required to send shortfall reminders, buffer start or end notifications, or routine tier-reduction warnings. The scheme rules apply whether or not you receive a notification. No notification means no extension of the buffer.
This does not affect correction of calculation or billing errors, express notice obligations in the full terms, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
What counts towards your tier?
Eligible product and decoration charges, including applicable VAT, calculated before this scheme’s discounts.
Delivery and fulfilment charges do not count. Refunded and cancelled orders are excluded, along with gift card and credit purchases, unallocated deposits and separately itemised ancillary fees such as artwork and setup. Full details are in the scheme terms.
How the decoration bonus works
At the £5,000 tier, we first apply 9% off eligible product and decoration charges. We then take another 5% off the reduced decoration charge only.
Illustration before VAT. That is a 13.55% total saving on decoration, not 14%. Blank products receive the 9% discount only.
Decoration must be separately identified in your quote. Artwork, setup and digitisation fees are not included in the extra decoration discount.
Your questions, answered
Is my discount based on one order or the whole month?
It is based on the total eligible spend attributed to your account across the calendar month, not a single-order minimum.
What happens if my monthly spend falls?
You keep your earned tier for one additional calendar month if your spend falls below its threshold. If you do not requalify during that buffer month, your next tier is based on the buffer month’s actual eligible spend. No consecutive buffers apply without requalification through actual spend. Spend does not carry over.
Do the discounts include delivery or fulfilment?
No. Delivery and fulfilment charges neither count towards your threshold nor receive a scheme discount. VAT on qualifying sales is calculated after the applicable discount.
Can I combine accounts or use a promotional code?
Accounts are assessed separately unless Eco Merch approves combined spend in writing in advance. Promotional discounts and bespoke prices cannot be combined with scheme discounts unless expressly agreed.
How do I check my tier?
You are responsible for monitoring your spend and may contact Eco Merch to request confirmation of your eligible spend and tier. Your scheme pricing will be reflected in the relevant quote, order confirmation or invoice. Eco Merch is not responsible for proactively notifying you of a spend shortfall, a buffer period or a routine tier reduction.
What if an order is refunded after my tier is calculated?
Refunds and cancellations may change the qualifying spend for the original month. If this changes your tier, we will explain the adjustment before applying it to future orders. Accepted orders will not be repriced solely because of that tier correction.
