Shipping methods
We ship within the UK and internationally. Smaller packages are usually shipped with Royal Mail, larger packages with a next day courier. Where possible we use carbon neutral delivery methods and carbon offset the remaining carbon theoretically produced by our delivery partners. This is not always possible with international courier services.
Delivery within the UK -
Royal Mail 24, Regular - delivered in 1-2 business days with delivery confirmation available but no tracking.
Royal Mail 48, Regular - economy service delivered in 1-2 business days with delivery confirmation available but no tracking.
Royal Mail 24, Tracked - delivered in 1-2 business days with tracking up to delivery location.
Royal Mail 48, Tracked - delivered in 1-2 business days with tracking up to delivery location.
UK Courier - next working day delivery tracked to the delivery location with a 1 hour delivery window. Couriers do not guarantee next working day delivery but arrive on time in the vast majority of cases.

Europe, Regular - an untracked service with an estimated delivery time of 4-10 working days (Monday-Friday excluding national holidays) but can take longer (up to 21 days). No delivery notification with this method.

This method can be tracked and you can also receive a delivery notification. Usually trackable to within a 2 hour delivery window, depending on destination.
